By accessing and using the ExploreGo website and purchasing our eSIM digital products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use our services.

2. Description of service

ExploreGo offers digital eSIMs for mobile data connectivity during international travel.

Activation QR codes and installation instructions are delivered electronically via email once payment is confirmed.

ExploreGo does not perform physical shipments.

3. Compatibility and service usage

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their device:

• Is compatible with eSIM technology
• Is unlocked for international use
• Is compatible with the selected carrier and destination

Our eSIMs are intended exclusively for personal use. The resale, distribution, or fraudulent use of activation codes is prohibited.

4. Payments and refunds

All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.

Due to the digital nature of the service, no returns or cancellations are accepted once the QR code has been sent or activated, except in cases where:

• The QR code is invalid
• The service does not function correctly due to causes attributable to ExploreGo or the provider

In these cases, our team will make every effort to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate solution.

5. Service coverage and availability

Service quality, speed, and coverage may vary depending on:

• Country
• Local carrier
• Network congestion
• Government restrictions
• Device compatibility

ExploreGo does not guarantee uninterrupted coverage in all locations or countries.

6. Limitation of liability

ExploreGo is not responsible for:

• Device incompatibility
• Errors during installation made by the user
• Interruptions caused by third-party mobile carriers
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Data loss or indirect effects derived from the use of the service

The user agrees to use the service at their own risk.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective upon being posted on this website.
